Autopilot works with finfluencers like QuiverQuant, Litquidity and Unusual Whales to turn their strategies into public funds anyone can copy. I designed most of the product: fund creation, the performance dashboards, monetization and payouts, the leaderboard, compliance tooling, and the design system under all of it. It’s live, and people use it to move more than $600M in assets.
A creator builds a fund in steps. They name it, pick asset classes and set the strategy, then search trending tickers and add positions. The allocation table balances itself to 100% as they go, so every portfolio stays compliant and nobody does the math by hand.
Once a fund is live, the dashboards carry it. Returns, volatility, drawdown and risk-adjusted numbers sit next to revenue, subscribers and payout history. These are regulated funds, so disclosures and SEC-ready disclaimers show up wherever a portfolio does. A live leaderboard hands out badges for AUM milestones, and creators check it constantly.
Signup was the weak spot. It led with legal paperwork, and only about 20% of invited creators finished. I rebuilt it to show people their future fund before asking for anything. A fund card builds itself as you type, and in early tests that alone pushed completion intent up 28%. Pricing went from a blank box to suggested tiers with an income estimate, so picking a price feels like setting a goal. The bar: 80% completion, and a fund published in under two minutes.
Launching turned out to be the easy part. A lot of new managers stalled right after, stuck on “what do I do next?” So I proposed a growth hub, a checklist with one clear action per card: set up your team, connect X and share your link, reach ten subscribers, get paid. It’s a concept, so its numbers are targets, and it ships with an A/B plan to test them.
